The PROMISE of epiProteomics

Post-translational modifications (PTMs) alter the structure, properties, and functions of proteins in all aspects of biology. Recenly we developed a novel PROtein Modification Integrated Search Engine that allows detection of multiple PTMs from MS data. Using this computational pipeline we uncovered the impact protein modifications may have on presentation of cancer antigens to T cells.
