Thin Oxide semiconductor thin film has been applied in various aspects in the modern technology. Adnanotek finds the vision to improve the different techniques by developing advanced equipment. This tutorial will focused on introducing the different types of our UHV deposition systems, including PLD-12L, E-beam evaporator, Sputter system…etc. Furthermore, this tutorial will introduces our new advanced PLD systems, such as achieve 1200 degree C laser heating system, target manipulator, automatic PLD expitaxy process. We`ll explore how these features enhance and optimize its function, and make Scientist achieve the perfect outcome. Last but not the least; the PLD system can be highly customized and even be combined with other equipment if there`s needed.
