Software Testing Decisions Supported by Analytics Review

Software testing plays an important part in any software development project as it takes approximately 30% of total project cost. In this paper we provide high level overview of the main testing methods, which can be excelled using data analytics. We cover 10 leading testing methods of the last decade. Each method is described briefly for readers that are new to testing, and is followed by a high level indication of advanced data methods that can be applied to obtain improvement upon the described testing methods.
