Reliability models under censoring data, management of technical risks and projects complexity indexes have been discussed and treated separately in the literature. In this paper, we consider these three elements using integrated models. Based on the relationships learned between these dimensions, we suggest an integrated management approach combining reliability models, technical risks management and project complexity in order to optimize product development efforts and improve processes of quality and reliability during development. The models used here include Bayesian networks, product life cycle models and indices characterizing project and product complexity. A case study is used to demonstrate the application of this integrative approach.
