In this lecture, we will provide evidence linking echocardiographic measures to hard CV events in adults.  We will review up-to-date echocardiographic techniques and their limitations.  We will discuss recent echo findings in Pediatric patients with Hypertension and will identify gaps in knowledge to stimulate future research.
